As the Managing Director of eQ Group Pty Ltd, Peter inspires the eQ team to be passionate and purpose filled in their mission to improve their clients’ personal, business and financial lives.
Driven by a strong sense of contribution, Peter has:
- Raised over $625,000 for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Australia;
- Set up the eQ Foundation Ltd charity to sponsor the health and education of children here in Australia and abroad;
- Launched and funded the Clean Up Bali campaign, employing full-time recyclers in Bali and educating children about the importance of taking care of the environment; and
- Launched the Aqualish brand of water. The brain child of his beautiful daughters, Aqualish sponsors clean drinking water for children in developing countries.

Jodie comes from an accomplished sporting background. She excelled in the highly disciplined field of gymnastics where she won an Australian championship. The focus and commitment that she draws upon to achieve her personal goals is the commitment that she offers to each of our clients to guide them to greater outcomes.
Jodie is an excellent coach in her own right. She uses these skills to allow her clients to gain a greater understanding of their potential and limitations.

Niki is passionate. Focused on helping her clients live their dreams by delivering their individual goals and outcomes. She believes that being on purpose is the route to an energised, fulfilling and balanced life, career and business.
A qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in corporate, sales and service industries. She provides a matter of fact approach to educating her clients and their staff, enabling a greater understanding of the financial reality and practicalities to enhance any business or work environment.
Niki is also a Personal Trainer and triathlete, a Master NLP Practitioner, Time Line Therapist® and Hypnotherapist; this means she can create change at base level.
Cheree Pollard, Events/Administration Manager
After having worked with the company for over a decade, Cheree has finely tuned her skills as an Event Manager and all things Admin. Building, developing, and improving systems on the back end is where she excels.
She is dedicated to working in the personal and spiritual development industry where she feels most on purpose and she does this by giving unconditional love, help, and support to all clients and staff where ever she can.
Cheree believes that when you focus your intention on seeing the good in others it allows their light to shine, and we all have the right to shine brightly so we can light up this world and make it a better place to live.
Sacha Whitehead, National Manager
Sacha is energetic and passionate. She has a diploma in community services with a background in disability and childcare, and extensive volunteer work including work in the QLD floods and in remote Aboriginal communities.
She is a loving full time foster carer for two brothers with autism and has always been a massive advocate for the abilities of those with special needs. Her goal in life is to motivate and support people in achieving their goals and creating change, no matter what it takes. Her belief in people and her positive attitude is contagious to all around her.
William Taione, State Manager
Will is enthusiastic and driven when it comes to creating change in the world. His focus is to inspire and motivate everyone he comes across and challenging them to achieve their goals.
With an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Community Services, Will has a perfect mixture of passion for improving health, emotions, and relationships along with a structure to support people in kicking off their financial and business goals as well.
William is fun and energetic, and his sense of humour softens his strong will to get people to take action in whatever way they need to.

As an Event Manager and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director Cristina is one of our most efficient and organised team members. She has a high attention to detail and an amazing solution focused attitude to all that she does.
Cristina has completed a Postgraduate Marketing Diploma and has extensive experience in events and PA roles both here and internationally so she is well placed to be an incredible asset to the team. She handles all situations with a calm, proactive, down to earth approach and a smile on her face.
