Amanda Fuller –
Before I attended Life Design in September, I was on the hunt for a wine tasting group for ladies in Sydney. I had previously been part of a group in Perth and I enjoyed it so much I really wanted to do it again. However, I was unable find a similar group in Sydney that was fun, educational and unintimidating.

During Life Design in September, I decided to stop looking for a wine tasting group and create my own. I took immediate action and held my first Fabulous Ladies Wine Club event. It was a huge success!

Since then, the Australian newspaper found out about my group, as they happened to be doing a story on wine clubs for women. So when they asked if I would like to be part of the story, of course I said yes! I had just learned to step outside my comfort zone and here was an opportunity to do exactly that.

I was very excited and a little bit nervous about being interviewed by a journalist. The Australian even sent a photographer to one of my events to do a photo shoot, which was a lot of fun.

Seeing the story in a national newspaper was extremely satisfying. I am so grateful I put aside all my fear and doubt and launched this group, because the outcome has been amazing!
