In the Hot Seat: Sacha Whitehead

Sacha WhiteheadToday we have Sacha Whitehead in the hot seat

Sacha, tell us a little bit about what you do at eQ events.

I manage the team that make the initial contact with our clients and sign them up for the ‘Personal Success Intensive Weekend’. I also work with clients who attend PSI weekends all over Australia and support them into getting to our bigger programs like Life Design and Become a Success Coach. I’ve also dabbled in a bit of marketing too!

What brought you to that job?

Well I worked for the company a few years back doing telemarketing (after Pete told me I couldn’t sell in PSI because I didn’t listen enough, so I quit my job and came to work for him to prove I could!) Then I sort of lost my way for 2 years going through some stuff and then decided to come back and do Life Design to get my head together again – next thing I knew, the following Thursday I found myself in a meeting with Pete telling (not asking!) him that I was taking over those roles! I haven’t really looked bank since…

What was your break down/break through moment that changed things for you?

One of the clearing processes in Life Design. I faced some pretty tough stuff that week but in that particular process I had some huge breakthroughs and managed to clear a lot of emotional stuff that had been crushing me, much more than I realised. I remember making so many decisions about my life and my future in just those few minutes.

How did you find yourself at PSI?

My dad had done PSI and Life Design and put me down as a referral. I honestly only went along so he would stop nagging me! Haha thanks Dad. 🙂

What is next in the world of Sacha, what plans and goals are you creating?

I’m actually just about to sit down on Friday and re do my 7 year plan because amazingly enough in only 12 months I’ve managed to tick off 90% of it! I’m going to focus on my health this year (I’m now 8 weeks smoke free!!) and also start presenting more. I want to be presenting PSI by the end of the year… also, I’m getting very close to buying my first property, which is really exciting!

How has life been different since you did PSI & Life Design?

Well I think the answers would be shorter if you asked me what hasn’t changed!
Apart from all the material stuff like dream car, dream job, finding the love of my life, fostering two kids, becoming debt free, etc… The biggest difference is how I feel. It’s like I can do anything. I’m confident and happy all the time, I have a totally different environment around me and look at the world in a whole new light! I used to never think about the future or have dreams or goals and now every day I think of a new challenge to get excited about. I used to think life was really hard, now I just think it’s fun.

Share with us all one of your pearls of wisdom.

Ooh wow um pearls of wisdom huh? I think a great quote that has helped me a lot is ‘the only thing greater than fear is hope’. I think there’s just such beautiful meaning to it – when things right now aren’t perfect then look beyond them to what you want them to be. What you truly want in the future can change your actions in the present and especially change how you’re feeling. Having a very clear focus that you feel in every inch of your being is the best energy you can possibly harness!
